Good for Stress

This is my favorite guided meditation App. Mary's voice is soft and soothing and she uses a gentle cadence that enhances the relaxing effect. She speaks just enough, not so much that she annoys rather than helps me relax and not so little that I end up noticing long, long silences in the recording. I didn't think I'd like the music background as I prefer silence with guided meditations, but it's completely relaxing and not jarring. The nature sounds are a nice option, but I prefer the music.

Use it daily

I've used this almost daily for several weeks. I use it to me meditate and help me sleep. The voice is extremely soothing. 20 years of insomnia - gone!

Very Helpful!

This app was a huge help for me. I find it hard to meditate without any guide and this app was just that. I have been over stressed lately and after using this app I feel relaxed, recharged and over all a lot less stressed! and the app was very cheap too. only .99 I would recommend this app to anyone who is stressed :)
